The annual preeminent national conference on philanthropy, Ghana Giving Summit is a gathering of philanthropy associations, support organisations, networks, advisories, funders, academic centres and other philanthropic stakeholders in Ghana and the diaspora that provides a unique opportunity to network, learn from each other and co-create to make a greater impact. Building upon the success of previous editions, the 5th Ghana Giving Summit (GGS) will be hosted under the overarching theme of Transforming Together: Bridging Funders, Intermediaries and Community for Collective Impact in Ghana
The 5th GGS has been rebranded as an ecosystem-led event and will be held in Accra, Ghana on December 2-3rd, 2024. We are pleased to invite members, partners, and stakeholders to submit abstracts for session proposals that align with GGS’s objectives. The conference provides a unique opportunity to explore the collective actions towards philanthropic transformation and contribute to shaping its future.
Philanthropy Ghana’s theme for this year’s conference “Transforming Together: Bridging funders, Intermediaries and Community for Collective Impact in Ghana” aims to explore and capitalize on the synchronicities that make us greater than working in silos to transform philanthropy together with the local cultures and communities we serve.
